1. There have been updates to the SFA online form (https://csp.sfa.gov.sg/feedback). When submitting an application, please select "Jurong Fishery Port (JFP) Wharf Applications" from the category list. Please refer to the Annex for an example.
2. Please submit your application at least three (3) working days before vessel arrival, using the official application form in pdf format.
