Launch of Tenancy Management e-Services for Jurong Fishery Port and Marine Aquaculture Centre Tenancy Applications

Dear Sir/Mdm,

1. We are pleased to announce the launch of Tenancy Management (“TM”) e-Services for tenancy applications for Jurong Fishery Port (“JFP”) and Marine Aquaculture Centre (“MAC”), with effect from 1 December 2024.


2. The TM e-Services allows for application of tenancy processes such as Addition and Alteration, Assignment, Business Change, Renewal and Termination. Thereafter, tenants will be able to check on the application status online.


3. Tenants can also access the monthly statement summary (currently known as tax invoice) for rent, service & conservancy charges and other tenancy related charges, via TM e-Services.


4. TM e-Services can be accessed at SFA e-services by clicking on “Tenancy Management e-Services”. Tenants can refer to the step-by-step portal user guide on details of how to navigate the e-service.


5. As a transition arrangement, we will continue to provide hardcopy statement summary till February 2025 and will discontinue this arrangement thereafter. Tenants are encouraged to use the eServices for access of the monthly statement summary and all tenancy applications.


6. We are working with your bank to transfer the crediting bank account of your existing GIRO arrangements from SFA DBS account XXX-XX662-5 to DBS account XXX-XXX100-3. This is applicable for JFP tenants only. No further action is required for this backend transfer exercise at this stage. Further updates will be provided upon the outcome of the GIRO transfer.
