COLD-ROOMS AT BLOCK 2 TO 5 PPWC

All tenants at Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (PPWC)

1. Pursuant to Clause 4.16.1(e) and Clause 6.4.1(e) of the Tenancy Agreement - The Sub-Tenant has to assume responsibility for the supply and use of electricity or other utilities, including any use or misuse, waste or abuse of water, gas or electricity or faulty fixtures or fitting, any damage, injury or loss sustained, defective working of any of the installations, systems and apparatus to the Land, Building or the Premises.


2. The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) would like to remind all tenants operating at the cold-room blocks (Blocks 2 to 5) to keep the doors of cold-rooms always closed and to draw the air-curtains to keep the cool air within. This will maintain optimal temperatures at the coldrooms.
