Powers of Authorised Officers (II) - with FSSA

The holder of this authority card is authorised to exercise the powers and duties of an authorised officer under the following Acts and regulations:

1. Section 234 of the Food Safety and Security Act 2025 in relation to pre-market approval under sections 110 and 112 therein and the Food Safety and Security (FSSA Authorisations – Administration) Regulations 2025; and

2. Section 246(1) of the Food Safety and Security Act 2025 in relation to any offence under section 106(1), 107(1), 152(1), 153(1), 158(1), 159(1), 185(1) or 257(1).
