General Requirements for Overseas Farms & Establishments Accreditation | Singapore Government Singapore Food Agency

Food Type	Requirements
Meat & Meat Products	Accreditation by SFA is required for slaughterhouses and processing plants. Accreditation by SFA is not required for meat products that contain 5% or less of meat content. However, these food sources must still meet the requirements for export by overseas Competent Authorities. For details, see Overseas Accreditation of Food & Food Products - Meat & Meat Products.
Live Poultry	Accreditation by SFA is required for broiler farms and hatcheries. For details, see Overseas Accreditation of Food & Food Products - Live Poultry.
Shell Eggs	Accreditation by SFA is required for egg farms. For details, see Overseas Accreditation of Food & Food Products - Shell Eggs.
Processed Eggs	Accreditation by SFA is required for egg processing plants. For details, see Overseas Accreditation of Food & Food Products - Processed Eggs.
Fish & Fish Products	Accreditation by SFA is required for higher-risk fish products, such as live oysters and pufferfish. For details, see Overseas Accreditation of Food & Food Products - Fish & Fish Products. While other types of fish and fish products do not require accreditation, they must be regulated by overseas Competent Authorities e.g. regulated by the authority in the source country.
Fresh Fruits & Vegetables	Accreditation by SFA is not required. The food source must meet the requirements for export by overseas Competent Authorities.
Processed Food & Food Appliances	Accreditation by SFA is not required. The food source must meet the requirements for export by overseas Competent Authorities.
